3rd In The Taekwondo British Championships

I came 3rd in the taekwondo British championships which took place at the end of last month. I felt that I thought I fought a good fight but lost the semi final fight simply because of bad referreing. Why do we fall over in life ?so we can pick our self back up. Some times in life you learn more from losing than you do from winning.

Thiers some video footage which I got my brother to record because I thought it would be great way compliment the blog post. My apologies for the not so steady video recording at times. I had three fights in total two wins 1 loss thankfully I can’t seem to find the video footage of the fight I lost he he. I had to shorten the video down a fair bit also unfortunetly.
